I have know the Falker Family for as long as I can remember. In fact, I did a bit of babysitting for them back in the day. I have loved watching them all grow up from a distance, but even more, I love getting to step back into their lives when it’s time for senior photos!
Hannah brought so many fun styles to her senior session. We chatted a bit on messenger ahead of time to talk about styling, props, etc. Sometimes, the little details are a huge way to level up senior photos. The cowgirl hat, the fun confetti, the different shoes and jewelry choices. We talked about the location too. A few of the things Hannah loved about this location was the rustic feel of the church walls and the river/dam. I loved those things too, but also the way the light bounced off the bridge giving her face such a natural glow, and the abundance of different clean backgrounds all in the same general area, and just the quiet, quaint feeling of a small town. Her naturally curly hair was just so fun to photograph too. I love the way the wind caught and played with it in some of the photos. I couldn’t resist turning a few of them black and white and getting creative with the editing.
Hannah, thank you so much for giving me the honor of capturing this important step in your life. Can’t wait to see what your future holds! You are driven, energetic, and kind. With those qualities (and so many others) I know you’ll succeed at whatever you put your mind too. PS. You have a great laugh 😉
