Adrian and Avery planned a beautiful sweet day at La Riviere Park in Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin. We had a perfect late summer day despite the weather app keeping us on our toes the week leading up to their big day. The park has such a beautiful, open feel that was perfect for their celebration. Since their love story began in Prairie du Chien, putting pizzas together at Papa Murpheys, it was such a great choice to have this be the place where they say their vows. Adrian and Avery stuck through the growing pains of college and young adulthood, and now they get to enjoy the rest of their lives with someone they trust by their side.
Surrounded by their closest friends and family, under the spreading branches of the big maple tree, Adrian and Avery said “I do”. With a cousin officiating, it truly was beautiful how they were literally surrounded by the people who will be there for them in the years ahead. After the ceremony, Avery and Adrian greeted each and every guest. Tears and laughter intermingling.
There were so many sweet details for their day. Avery’s gown was stunning. She had made custom programs that were very loved. Can koozies and custom cookies as favors. Beautiful bouquets. Her family and his both pitched in to get everything ready. String lights, greenery and twinkling candles adorned the barn for their outdoor reception.
These two will be sharing dance parties in their kitchen for years to come. As they rocked the dance floor during the reception and had fun dancing in their photos. Adrian and Avery – I wish you both the best! Thank you for choosing me to capture your wedding memories, it was an absolute honor.
