The sweetest day for the sweetest couple. Since the first time I talked with Jazmine, I’ve been so excited for her wedding day. Her thoughtfulness and kindness was apparent in every conversation and situation. Her and Matthew both made sure their day was filled with loving on the people close to them and celebrating one another. They had surprise gifts for their parents, and for one another. They chose each others cologne and perfume. Read special vows privately during their first looks. Took the time to laugh together and wipe each other’s tears. Matthew’s gift for Jazmine included thoughtful notes and photos from Jazmine’s class (she’s a teacher) that he had rounded up long before in preparation. Summer heat, family members not to be found during photo time, being eaten alive by mosquitos – these two handled it all with such grace. And absolutely mastered the turn-and-dip when they walked back down the aisle as husband and wife.
Matthew and Jazmine met in high school, but fell in love during their college years. Both attended school in La Crosse, and they loved hiking the blufflands together. That being said, getting married in the Wisconsin bluffs was an absolute perfect choice for them. Magnolia Sunset Event Venues offered a beautiful space for their day. A lovely bridal suite. Outdoor ceremony area. Indoor and outdoor spaces for guests to linger and mingle. All nestled into the beautiful La Crosse bluffs.
I can’t say enough good things about this couple. Their sweet families and their fun bridal party. Many of their guests were not from the La Crosse area, but traveled in to shower Matthew and Jazmine with love and support. With that kind of community, I know Matthew and Jazmine will be able to build a life filled with love that will last a lifetime.
