What a beautiful night. These two were so fun to connect with. We had chatted on zoom before they booked me, so it was really great to finally meet in person. I love getting to know my couples before their big day so I can show up as a trusted friend, rather than a stranger. Jordan and Madison will be saying their vows at Celebrations on the River in just under 12 months! We talked about a few different locations for their engagement pictures and settled on Riverside Park in La Crosse, Wisconsin. The beautiful gardens complete with mounds of sweet smelling lilacs, Mississippi River, and the brick Hatchery building made for a great combination. If you’re newly engaged – psa: the Hatchery building is in the process of being remodeled and restored into a new venue! I’m so excited to see how beautiful it will be.
Talking to Jordan and Madison about their wedding day has me already excited for next year! There will be no shortage of fun and laughter; of that I am sure. These two know how to have a good time. As Madison’s mom will say, “Eat, Drink and be Merry”. Or in this case, Married 😉
Jordan and Madison – thanks again for trusting me to capture this special time in your lives. I can’t wait to get to know you both even better as your wedding day approaches. You two have something special and I love seeing how much you love and take care of each other. Wedding planning (and life in general) can have it’s ups and downs but I think you two will just roll with punches, and handle what comes your way together as one team. I loved hearing about how you prioritize your time with each other and are so intentional in your relationship. Keep that up and I know you’ll have a lifetime of being in love!
