A day full of sunshine, fun and the beauty of fall in Wisconsin. Caleb and Bella said ‘I do’ at Magnolia Sunset Event Venue in La Crosse. Surrounded by the bluffs, the sunlight poured over their ceremony. Caleb’s dad, Doug, officiated which I thought was so special and cool. They each had personal vows prepared. There was laughter, and there were tears. But most of all, there was so much love.
The wedding party was an absolute blast. And, special guest, Boris, was the star of the show for sure. That pup is very loved and just took it all in stride. Grinned when he should. And was so chill.
It was such a fun day. Spending time with their family and friends, seeing everyone have a good time, and absolutely rocking the dance floor. There was a little changing area in the bridal suite. So, as the girls took turns putting on their dresses, they did a big reveal for each one. Cheering so loudly that when I went down to groom’s suite, the guys had to ask what in the world was going on up there. Seriously think everyone should do this from now on. One thing that I know was important to Caleb was a time of prayer before the ceremony. His dad, brother, and the rest of the groomsmen gathered around him. Lifted up his marriage, the wedding day, his future, his life. Inviting God in, putting Him first. Another thing I would love to see at every wedding. Not to even mention the dance off between Bella’s Dad and Caleb later in the evening. And a t-shirt toss. Capturing Caleb and Bella’s wedding day was a blessing and an honor.
