If you haven’t visited the La Crosse Blufflands, you need to add it to your bucket list. These two drove several hours for their engagement session but it was worth it because this is where their love story began. Matthew and Jazmine met in La Crosse when they were both attending the University. Hiking the bluffs together became a favorite pastime. It is even where they got engaged! Even though they no longer live in the La Crosse area, it’s one of their favorite weekend getaways and they try to come several times a year. Always with a visit to their beloved blufflands. I love that they will bring their family and friends from across the state to celebrate with them in the place where their story started. Next year, we’ll be back in La Crosse, but this time, it will be for these two to say ‘I do’.
Matthew and Jazmine are such a sweet, fun couple. They didn’t bat an eye when I asked them to wade through tall grass, sit in the wildflowers or run along the trail. You can tell they love to have fun together and make the most of every moment.
