I’ve know these two since childhood and seeing them get married this month gave me joy down deep. It’s so beautiful when God brings people together. Tom and Rae have truly been there for each other through life’s ups and downs. Through the raw times, the real times, and now, it was the right time. They vowed to stand by one another, listen to each other, and seek the Lord together.
It was a beautiful summer day. Breezy, hazy clouds, bursts of sunlight. Driftless Blooms brought literally buckets and buckets of flowers to adorn the aisle. Ridgetop Gathering Place has amazing views. Famous Dave’s provided a delicious meal. The room was filled with family, laughter, friends, fellowship. The reception had The Hobbit theme – from the dinner music to the centerpieces to the seating chart. It was so fun and creative. Tom brought his car as a fun photo prop which I of course loved.
Tom and Rae – I am so happy for you both. I pray the Lord’s peace and joy in your life, your marriage, your future. Can’t wait to see all He has in store for you!
