These two wanted their wedding weekend to be filled with fun for everyone. And a roadtrip to the Wisconsin Peninsula was the perfect way to start it out. They started their weekend with a fishing charter trip onto the lake with their officiant and friends and family. They not only got to watch the sun rise, but also had great luck with their catch. Nathan and Bri’s family made sure I got to have a great weekend also.

The lake, the country vibe, the beautiful northern feel. The emotions. The surprise first look with Chase’s daughters. The touching first look with Danielle. The reception filled with their engagement photos. The way everyone treated us like we were part of the family. The soft, neutral colors. The song Chase (a musician) recorded for Danielle to walk down the aisle too. The fact that I got to spend the whole day with my sister as an assistant so I could take both photos and video. The laughter and fun from the whole bridal party. The way Danielle and Chase would be naturally holding hands throughout the day. How excited they were to finally be husband and wife. Gosh, I could just go on and on.

It was a hot day, and we got there just after 3pm which was probably one the hottest times of the day. But that didn’t stop the magic from happening! These two did absolutely great, and so did everyone in their wedding party. Even the little people smiled for a couple of shots!

Everything they’d been working on to bring this vision to life. It was now. It was here. Ben turned. Took her hands and had the biggest smile. So much love in his eyes. The river was softly flowing in the background. The sunshine streaming. They took in the moment. Shared their first wedding day kiss.

If I had to choose a few words to describe Stoney and Amanda’s wedding day? Fun, energetic, and so beautiful. These two put so much thought into the little details for everyone involved. Josh and Janell had such a special day. They put so much thought and attention into small details for their wedding day. A woven tie for the rings signifying that “a chord of three strands is not easily broken”. Homemade (delicious!) Ice Cream for their guests. It was a family fun event that honored the Lord and the couple so perfectly.

If rain on your wedding day is good luck, then does a whole day of rain mean a lifetime of luck? If so, these two will have it made!

Alex and Mikayla picked the first day of October for their wedding. It was a beautiful day. Sunshine poured over the outdoor ceremony. The creamy tan suits perfectly complimented the bridesmaid’s hunter green dresses.

Wes and Tiera. They said their vows under an incredible weeping willow tree – Tiera’s favorite tree. On a little patch of land near their sweet hobby farm
